Our goal is to safely guide patients to living as fully and independently as possible through evidence-based physical therapy services. After a comprehensive evaluation, an individualized care plan is developed with goals tailored to each patient. The physical therapist designs and updates treatment based on the patient’s unique needs along with ongoing communication with the referring physician. This multi-disciplinary coordinated method of care helps to build a patient’s confidence and ensure an optimal outcome.

What can I expect during my first visit?
A physical therapist will perform an initial evaluation including review of your medical history, assessment of posture, joint mobility, range of motion, strength, muscle integrity and flexibility. Some portion of your treatment will begin, and follow-up appointments will be scheduled. The initial visit usually takes about one hour.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Comfortable workout clothes, sneakers, your prescription and your insurance information.
Do I need a prescription to receive physical therapy?
Are all of your therapists licensed?
All care is provided by licensed physical therapists consulting with your physicians. Our therapists, including orthopedic certified specialists, are exceptionally well trained with postgraduate doctorate and master’s degrees, as well as certification in Strength and Conditioning. All physical therapy assistants are also licensed.
What insurance policies do you accept?
We participate with most insurance plans, as well as personal injury cases, workers’ compensation and no-fault cases including auto and unions. Please contact your insurance provider to determine eligibility and coverage.
How are payments set up?
Patients may be responsible for co-payments, co-insurance and deductibles. We accept cash, check and credit cards.
